Marlston Shoot: 150 – 450 single gun and double gun days. Shooting pheasant, English and French partridge as well as occasional Wildfowl & some woodcock.  We are located on the edge of the Berkshire Downs an hour from West London by car or 45 minutes into Newbury station and offer the first taste of “real” countryside and so properly testing shooting west of London. Birds are pushed over deep wooded valleys and off game crops on high spots on the estate. With 20 named major drives and plenty of other options we can cater to all levels of guns – whether you are looking for a 150 bird late season day or a 300 bird mid-season bonanza. Marlston can easily be done as a day trip from London, but we also have some fantastic places to stay very locally – from the Michelin starred Vineyard at Donnington, the widely acclaimed Pot Kiln at Frilsham and wonderful Royal Oak at Yattendon. Many other choices are available. 4 x 4’s, loaders, instructors, guns, cartridges etc. can all be arranged – please just ask! With over 2000 acres of rolling countryside and over 500 acres of woodland and covers we have plenty of options to be able to provide a personalised day for all tastes. Whether that be a smart corporate environment with no holds barred or a friendly family day – the days are catered to your requirements. With a definitely eye on quality over quantity, we work to constantly evolve our drives and the use of our ground to make the days interesting and testing for all involved. Coupled with an eye on hospitality we provide an all-round packaged day tailored to your wants will not disappoint. Catering and hospitality is based around our wonderful shoot lodge with roaring log burner creating a cheery atmosphere. Days start with coffee at the lodge and go onto elevenses of gin, soup and hot nibbles after the second drive. Usually we do 4 drives before lunch and 1 or 2 after lunch - although shooting through is always an option. Lunch is usually a couple of courses with full bar and wine and coffee, port or a sauternes is always an option! Tea and cakes round off the day. **The Farley Hall Shoot, 45 miles from central London** **Partridge and Pheasant Days available - bags from 175 birds.   Quality Shooting across our Private Country Estate in Berkshire.**   Set within 1,750 acres of mixed farmland, hills, open arable fields and ancient woodlands, and easy access to the M4 (just 45 miles from Central London), Farley Estate is an ideal location to host your shoot during the season from September through to January. Our shoot comprises over 20 drives offering well-presented pheasant, partridge (and if requested duck) drives across a good mixture of terrain. We offer high quality one-day shoots for 8-10 guns with bags from 175 to 250 birds.  Each day's shoot is bespoke to each teams needs.  We are happy to accommodate you and your guests to ensure you have a pleasurable day shooting across what Knight Frank have described as 'one of England's finest country estates' in the heart of Berkshire. Transport for the day is on our gun bus, with seating for up to 16. Hospitality is central to the Farley experience. The day begins with our shoot breakfast of fresh bacon and sausage rolls, followed by elevenses in the field featuring estate venison Scotch eggs or warm sausage rolls. A freshly prepared two-course lunch is served during the day, with wine from Lord Bearsted's cellar. Ending with traditional shoot tea awaiting on your return to the Estate. We take pride in provenance, using as much estate game as possible to create a true field-to-fork experience. **Driven Pheasant and Partridge Shooting** Hungerford Park is a family run shoot spanning over 1500 acres of lowland woodland and managed farmland.  We run a number of 100 - 250 bird let days to cater for a wide range budgets and abilities.  It is important to us that our days are relaxed and fun for all involved.  Our shoot has been run by the same family and gamekeeper for over 20 years and is well respected and held in the highest regard in local shooting circles. We generally show 4-5 drives of mixed Pheasant and Partridge. We are always confident to give our clients a fantastic shooting experience and an enjoyable day out. Hospitality is included in the cost of the day, with tea/coffee etc upon arrival followed by a substantial elevenses/lunch in between drives out in the field (weather permitting). Should you require something slightly different to meet your specific requirements we are more than happy to discuss the options and try to accommodate your needs. We also pride ourselves on welcoming young shots to the sport. We feel the future of shooting is extremely important and they are it. We look to make their early experiences a pleasurable and fun one. We are able to organise experienced instructor or loaders if required. We are easily accessible from the M4 J14 only an hour from London and 40 mins from Southampton. **Accompanied Stalking** Hungerford Park offers accompanied Roe, Fallow and Muntjac stalking throughout the year. The estate provides some challenging lowland stalking to cater for all levels of experience. Morning and evening stalks as well as highseats, up to 2 stalkers per outing. Stalking fee £120 per stalk plus trophy fee and head preparation. All clients must have a minimum BASC membership insurance, estate rifle available at no extra cost. **SHEFFORD PARK SHOOT** Shefford Park shoot is a sporting club that runs a traditional shoot near Hungerford. It offers some of the most sporting pheasant and partridge shooting there is, in an enjoyable and freindly environment. We put on enjoyable 200-350+ bird days. The pheasants and partridges are fast and high making it both challenging and sporting.   A normal day consists of meeting in the morning at 9am at the local pub, were tea and coffee will be provided. The safety speech is given to all the guns, with pegs being drawn after. We will then move off for two drives culminating in elevenses. Then another two drives will take places leading nicely onto a well earnt delicious lunch in the pub's private dinning room. The after lunch drives will depend on the bag shot before lunch.  We can do all sorts of different eleven's, from the classic winter warmer soup and sausages to smoked salmon and champagne, but normally do BBQ partridge and choritzo kebabs and spicy partridge legs. Any special requests such as instructors, guns, cartridges, photographer or anything else that we can do to make your day more enjoyable, can be organised for the day with prior notice. Shefford park shoot is located just out side Hungerford only an hour from London. There are some very good pubs with great accommodation that we are happy to recommend if you are wanting to stay the night before.
