We are an established shoot based in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds and pride ourselves with rearing top quality game birds. Our rough shooting days are exciting and ideal for working your own dogs to enhance their hunting and retrieval confidence. Early in the season we will cover boundary terrain which includes woods, dykes, sugar beat and various other cover crops. From January, we open the full shoot which provides a fabulous opportunity to work your dogs and shoot within the main drives and acres of arable farmland. You will be accompanied throughout the day by a very experienced guide. Bag size up is up to 10 for a team of 2 and 30 for a team of 6 (this can be adjusted to your requirements). We have a dedicated shoot barn with welfare facilities, plenty of parking and the use of our Gun Bus. Please email for further information. A £50 deposit per gun is payable to secure dates. Ideal for Teams of 2 to 6 guns, however, if you want a bigger group please get in touch as we can cater for this. We can recommend local accommodation who will accept dogs. Feel free to book as an individual and we can group you with other guns.

The Brocklesby Park Estate in Lincolnshire has some availability for an all-inclusive package of two days shooting and two or three nights accommodation available throughout the season for teams of up to eight guns. We provide an informal but pegged rough day (around 30 head mixed wild bag including woodcock) on one day and a 125-150 bird (partridge & pheasant) driven day the other (mainly partridge in early season). The shoot here is predominantly private and let days are rarely available or advertised. The self catering accommodation will be provided at The Vicarage, Great Limber, in the heart of the estate, and provides a relaxing and luxurious stay. The house has six double bedrooms and two further bedrooms in the cottage within the grounds, thus sleeping a total of sixteen people. There is a high quality pub within walking distance which has a private dining room if required, or we can assist with finding a freelance local chef for any catering needs. Hunting (mounted or just following) is also available with the Brocklesby Hounds, and Market Rasen racecourse is only fifteen miles away. There is excellent shopping to be had in Lincoln and Beverley, and an extensive antiques centre at Hemswell half an hour away. We are close to Humberside Airport and all M180/M18/M62 motorway networks. For further details on dates, costs etc, please get in touch. FOSTON PARK SHOOT, DERBYSHIRE Set in over 1,000 acres of picturesque rural countryside the Foston Park Shoot consists of mixed arable farmland, cover crops, in excess of 90 acres of ancient woodland with numerous ponds.  The shoot provides exciting and testing shooting in all aspects from driven cover crops to woodland pheasant shooting to wild duck shooting.   Wild duck is available to shoot from a number of ponds within the grounds and also alongside a substantial stretch of the River Dove which borders the shoot where there is some very exciting wild duck shooting. Pheasant and partridge released with the drives out of old mature woodland and game cover. The shoot was established many years ago and consequently the inititiative is now well established and we aim to achieve 120 mixed bird days.  This is a walk one stand one shoot, with enjoyment being one of the key aims of the day.  All abilities are welcome as there is a good range of drives throughout the day.  There is a good, relaxed and friendly relationship between guns, beaters and picker-ups with many of them returning year after year.  We meet at the shoot in the morning for introductions and breakfast, followed by elevenses, culminating in refreshments at the local public house where the days shooting is given the full banter and inquest! LOCATION The Foston Park Estate lies between the old towns of Tutbury, Uttoxeter and Ashbourne, and just a few miles from the Peak District.  It offers many local attractions and amenities for everyone.

The Norton Estate is a beautiful eighteenth century estate 10 miles north of Lincoln overlooking the Lincolnshire Wolds. Pheasant, partridge and wildfowl are shot over the 1,500 acres which comprise woodland and extensive game covers. Our season begins early in September on wildfowl and continues until the end of January. We have a few days' shooting available during that time, typically between 100 and 200 bird days.
