**Hunting area** The hunting area lies in the southwest of Hungary, near the historic town of Pécs at the foot of the Mecsek. The area has a pleasant Mediterranean climate full of natural treasures and historical monuments. Mecsek is a beautiful and rich nature reserve that is formed by various deciduous forests with caves and waterfalls. Sit and relax You will stay three days in a luxury hotel (fully equipped, modern rooms, pools, etc.) with breakfast and dinner. Arrival on Monday or Thursday morning / afternoon, the first sitting Monday or Thursday. You will be supervised by a licensed hunter (Dutch or Hungarian) for 3 days (6 x sit / rubbers) to hunt deer. The preparation of trophies, an invitation from the manager of the hunting field, a temporary license and insurance are included. Additional Information To hunt in Hungary you must have an international passport firearm, invited by the manager, insurance and temporary licensing. Consider one week processing time! If you have your own weapon(s) and want to bring them, we advise you to travel by car (1200 a 1500 km). If you travel by plane and do not bring their own weapons, you can borrow a weapon from your manager / supervisor. You will fly to Budapest, and transportation to the hunting field is controlled. In Hungary there are some fixed rules for guest hunters: One should always have at least a Hungarian hunter accompaning them and it is forbidden to hunt alone. The Hungarian coach / fighter, always has the last word and you must follow all instructions. When a new national record for a trophy is achieved, you should consider the fact that the Hungarian state retains the trophy for the national hunting museum. You will receive a free replica home. This game will cost € 350, - per person including accommodation in a luxury guesthouse with breakfast and dinner, necessary insurance and temporary licensing. Jachtgebied Het jachtgebied lig in het Zuidwesten van Hongarije, in de buurt van het historische stadje Pécs aan de voet van het Mecsekgebergte. Het gebied kent een aangenaam, mediterraan klimaat vol natuurschatten én historische monumenten. Het Mecsekgebergte is een mooi en rijk natuurgebied met dat wordt gevormd door diverse loofbossen met grotten en watervallen. Aanzit- en bersjacht U verblijft 3 dagen in een luxe pension (van alle gemakken voorzien, moderne kamers, zwembad enz.) met ontbijt en avondmaal. Aankomst maandag- of donderdagmorgen/middag, eerste aanzit maandag of donderdagavond. U zult onder begeleiding van een gediplomeerd jager (Nederlandse of Hongaarse nationaliteit) 3 dagen (6 x aanzit/bers) gaan jagen op het edelhert. Extra informatie Om te kunnen jagen in Hongarije dient u te beschikken over een internationaal vuurwapenpaspoort, uitnodiging van de beheerder, verzekering en tijdelijke vergunning. Houd rekening met een week verwerkingstijd! Indien u uw eigen wapen(s) wilt meenemen, adviseren wij u met de auto te reizen (1200 a 1500 km). Mocht u per vliegtuig reizen en geen eigen wapens meenemen, kunt u een wapen lenen van uw beheerder/begeleider. U vliegt op Boedapest, vervoer naar het jachtveld wordt geregeld. In Hongarije gelden een aantal vaste regels voor gastjagers: Men dient te allen tijde van tenminste één Hongaarse jager vergezeld te zijn, het is verboden alleen op jacht te gaan. De Hongaarse begeleider/jager, heeft altijd het laatste woord en u dient alle aanwijzingen te volgen. Wanneer u een nieuw landelijk record qua trofee binnenhaalt, moet u rekening houden met het feit dat de Hongaarse staat de trofee behoudt voor het nationale jachtmuseum. U ontvangt kosteloos een exacte kopie voor thuis. Deze jacht kost € 350,- per persoon, inclusief overnachting in een luxe pension met ontbijt en diner, benodigde verzekeringen en tijdelijke vergunning.

The prize for the “king “is, he/she get his birds for free.!! 1th day driven shooting 2nd day rough (walk up) shooting Professionally organised drives with good accommodation in either a luxurious hunting castle or 3 star hotel, at your discretion. 15th of October 2017 to 15th of December 2017 We are now taking bookings for groups of at least 6 guns. The birds are released and wander freely from June and can fly very fast and high. This pheasant shooting has everything a visitor wants! The birds are fantastic and to see the dogs working, together with their owner and the beaters is a magnificent experience. The guns have the opportunity to follow the beaters and will enjoy plenty of birds. During every shoot day there will be 3-6 drives The shoot area, made up of hilly ground and small forests, is located near Gyoma in Bekes county and covers a total of 20,000 hectares. Distance from Budapest to the shoot is 220 km [about 140 miles]. The accommodation is in either a traditional hunting castle or a hotel about 40 min from the shoot. In the castle you will "live like a King " The castle provides home made Hungarian dishes and has a "Wellness" area. You can have a massage (included in the price) or take a walk with your friends or just sit down and smoke a good cigar and enjoy the atmosphere! Many of you will be more familiar with buying a fixed bag limit day (with or without overage), each gun shooting a reasonable number of the birds.
