Guns may choose to buy individual days or join a syndicate for 3 or 6 days during the season. Full let days are available for 8 or 9 guns with a bag as required. Travelling syndicates are welcome with a full or part team.</span> The Harkstead Hall Estate, is a hidden gem of a shoot located on the Shotley peninsular, South Suffolk, which offers some of the finest partridge shooting in the region. Harkstead is barely 20 minutes from Ipswich with good road and rail links. Ten minutes from Junction 56 of the A14 and only 75 minutes from the M25, Harkstead Hall Estate is in easy reach of London and the Home Counties. The rolling landscape was very well laid out with a series of mixed species woods in the 1950s. These are now in their prime as splendid pheasant coverts. In addition, there are maize game crops which produce excellent partridge drives where the birds spread well over all the guns._ _The quality of the birds present excellent sport based on a great variety of shots at birds of varying heights, speeds and angles which cater for all calibre of shots, to suit and challenge all. There is no shortage of birds at any stage of the season and nimble fast loading is exciting and usually required._ _The keepering is of top quality both in the management of good healthy birds and skilful driving, by a cheerful team of beaters, of both whizzing partridges and sporting pheasants._ _The hospitality is with a greeting of bacon and egg baps, mid-morning refreshments and excellent two course hot lunch, with wine in the spacious shoot room. **Shooting at Ampton** There are 70 pheasant and partridge drives on this 6,500 acre estate and the topography is gently sloping with one or two nice valleys. There are some good hedges and 500 acres of lovely woodland together with the 90 acre lake. The 150 acres of cover crop are sited to show the best possible birds. The days shoot fee for driven days includes tea/coffee on arrival, a mid morning drinks break and a cooked main meal with a light secondary meal. We meet at 8.45 a.m. at Livermere Hall where you are sure of a warm welcome. We have 4 full time game keepers to ensure that the shoot days run smoothly, and hopefully the day feels more like a private family shoot.  Duck shooting in Suffolk on the Ampton estate. 90 acre lake stretching for 1.5 miles through attractive woodland. Shooting butts are mostly accessed by walkways out over the water to provide the best possible duck shooting. The species are mainly mallard with a sprinkling of diving ducks, plus wigeon and teal. Greylag and Canada geese are also likely to feature in the bag. Shooting can be morning or evening flights, with breakfast in Livermere Hall after the morning flights. There are many butts, so any number of guns up to 14 can be entertained. The butts are mostly 150-300 yards apart and the wildfowl flight rather than circle round and round. Complete parties or individuals are all welcome and if desired the duck shooting could be followed or preceded by game shooting. The cost of duck shooting is £17 per bird and driven game is £32 per bird for bags of 200 or more birds and £33.00 per bird for bags 150-199 birds. Full hospitality is included in the driven day prices.

**Anglia Sporting** Est 2005 are based in Suffolk, East Anglia and have shoots on several estates locally for all types of game shooting driven and rough plus fully guided pigeon shooting and deer stalking. Also some limited wildfowling. We have driven game shooting to suit all comers with driven days available from 150 birds to 300 birds and prices (nclude hospitality & VAT where applicable. Our shoots differ between offering a challenge to the best of shots whilst others offer sporting shooting for less practiced guns. With most of our days, hospitality is included and should you require accommodation/meals on days before or after your shoot we can recommend some very good local pubs/hotels. Early booking, especially for groups of guns, is essential to guarantee any specific dates you want and we recommend you talk with us about the various shooting opportunities we have well in advance of any planned visit. Bookings are taken anything up to 3-12 months in advance and as many events are ‘tailored’ to client’s requirements please contact us for prices. We can also arrange or recommend options for accommodation. During the year we send out regular news items by e-mail about available shooting and book many clients as individual guns by putting teams together.
