Anglia Sporting Est 2005 are based in Suffolk, East Anglia and have shoots on several estates locally for all types of game shooting driven and rough plus fully guided pigeon shooting and deer stalking. Also some limited wildfowling.
We have driven game shooting to suit all comers with driven days available from 150 birds to 300 birds and prices (nclude hospitality & VAT where applicable. Our shoots differ between offering a challenge to the best of shots whilst others offer sporting shooting for less practiced guns. With most of our days, hospitality is included and should you require accommodation/meals on days before or after your shoot we can recommend some very good local pubs/hotels.
Early booking, especially for groups of guns, is essential to guarantee any specific dates you want and we recommend you talk with us about the various shooting opportunities we have well in advance of any planned visit. Bookings are taken anything up to 3-12 months in advance and as many events are ‘tailored’ to client’s requirements please contact us for prices. We can also arrange or recommend options for accommodation.
During the year we send out regular news items by e-mail about available shooting and book many clients as individual guns by putting teams together.
We can provide references from many satisfied clients from around the globe who tend to visit us again and again. See the testimonials pages on our website.
Contact us for a full pack of information about all our shooting opportunities either through our website or e-mail us using the links here.

Mr. John Kitchener
Just had a days “walked-up” with Anglia Sporting. I was a bit cautious and sceptical of what would transpire, having had a few disappointing outings with commercial shooting. How wrong could I be!!?? Great welcome, good lot of walking through various types of cover and a generous number of birds shown. All guns, helpers and Jake the keeper were good fun and a great time was had by all. We easily passed the anticipated bag, then had a nice buffet before heading off. Fully recommend!

I had wonderful morning with keeper Craig Adams shooting pinks on marshes on the Norfolk Broads -- I don't know the formal name of the shoot, but it's around the villages of Halvergate & Freethorpe. This goose flight was arranged through Nick Elsdon of Anglia Sporting. After a slow start, Craig soon moved me and to good effect -- I must have ended up seeing 10,000 geese at least, with several hundred flying over in skein after skein -- with many at shootable height. After a few misses, Craig gently suggested I was giving them too much lead -- its several years since I've shot geese, and then mainly Canadas and greys. His advice worked wonders, with the next pink dropping stone dead. After that, I shot at several and managed to bring down two or three more. The other gun, an experienced wildfowler was dropping them all over the place. The threatened fog didn't appear and it was a beautiful morning on the marsh with the bright winter sun sparkling on the frozen landscape all adding to the occasion. Craig was a brilliant and knowledgeable host: I had a really nice chat afterwards with him while picking up the runners with his well trained dogs. The other gun had to head off to work, but not before rhapsodising about the location, the birds, the beauty of the morning, and Craig's superb hosting. Both of us were also impressed that he had gone ahead with the flight despite only two Guns being able to attend. For the avoidance of doubt, I have no connection with Craig or the shoot and my link to Nick is only as a very satisfied customer of Anglia Sporting.

I took some young officers from my regiment for 3 days shooting in Suffolk this November, all organised through and by Anglia Sporting. Both Nick Elsdon and all of the teams from the estates we visited, were faultless hosts. The shooting was plentiful and the hospitality excellent. From initial enquiry to very last barrel fired, the experience was entirely positive and I heartily recommend Anglia Sporting

Very very disappointing effort! A mate and I recently booked and paid for a morning Pinkfooted goose flight, with an evening duck flight. We got there at 6.00 and were escorted to a field “they had been hammering yesterday”, told there was a hide in the hedge and some decoys in the field and left to it. We put the 22 Whitefront Sillosocks decoys out and waited. Many geese flew high over us, but showed NO interest at all in our decoys. “Our” field had been only slightly grazed, but not recently, they wanted the unharvested volunteer barley field next door. Met the guide again at 2.00 for the duck shoot, he dumped us off in a field with some water-filled ditches and left us to get on with it. I managed to flush a few ducks over my mate and he hit a good mallard (his only shot at waterfowl all day). As it got dark, one little group dropped into a ditch and I managed to flush them in two groups and dropped three birds. That was it. Guide came back (good retrieve of my birds by his dog) and home we went. I know these are wild birds and cannot be guaranteed but we felt we were just dropped off in the wrong field in a very half-hearted way, knowing they could (would?) be able to play the “wild birds” escape card. I expect their driven days are top-notch but I'm not going to find out!
