located in East Devon, approximately 20 miles from Exeter, our shoot spans around 3500 acres, featuring woodland and cover crop drives. primarily focused on pheasant with a scattering of partridge, we also offer duck upon request. At three valleys, we prioritise camaraderie, ensuring a memorable day out for everyone. upon arrival guns will meet the hosts for coffee in the shoot lodge before heading out to their designated pegs. After the morning drives, there's a brief break for refreshments before preparing for more action. Mid-morning, there's a pause for elevenses out in the field, followed by one or two additional drives before concluding with a three course meal back at the shoot lodge. throughout the day, drives are tailored to accommodate shooters of all skill levels, providing an enjoyable challenge for everyone.

Our shoot is located 30minutes from exmoor and it the rolling valleys of the north Devon countryside it will produce challenging but fun quarry for your enjoyment. It will start in the new gun room where you will be welcomed with a cupper and butty before we head out to the first drive, refreshments will be given between all the drives before we finish off down the local pub for a bite to eat and good debrief. The pheasants and partridges will be the main bag with the duck at the choice of the team.

He has just published the River Cottage handbook on Game preparation and cookery, is a regular supporter of Taste of Game and spends his time working as a private chef, cookery teacher and writer.  The aim of the demo session is to provide a few fresh ideas on what can be done to best make use of the glut of game birds and breath fresh air into your game cookery with a few crafty tips and a new view point. **Walk up Feast Days** Also available with Tim are 40 bird walk up days throughout the season, where Tim will provide a feast for you throughout the course of the day of delicious cooking in the field whilst you enjoy an array of challenging game shooting.  These unique days are priced at only £200 per gun. **Shooting at Aishe Barton goes from strength to strength** _**Driven days starting from only £18 per bird**_ Our exceptional driven days start from 50-200 bird days at £32 per bird including all the hospitality, no overheads or VAT. We specialise in tailored walk up - mini driven days. For example: Meet at the Shoot for morning tea, coffee and bacon rolls. 'All aboard' the Gun's bus to start your day on pheasants, English and Red Leg partridges, ducks, teal and woodcock from crops, reeds, marshes and mini drives from copses and woods. Elevenses consisting of snacks and drinks. Back out for more enjoyable shooting, then back to the Lodge for a light lunch, cakes and refreshments. Ending the day on a mini driven drive. Back for tea and coffee. Our small days 40-50 birds comes in @ £1120\. That's only £28 per bird. Blackdown shoot is situated in the heart of the beautiful Blackdown hills, covering land in South Somerset and East Devon, run on a family run beef farm covering some 450 acres.  The majority of the ground the shoot covers is made up with rolling hills, wooded areas, game cover and some marsh land. The shoot has been established for some 38 years as a small concern, but has grown over the last 4 years adding new drives such as deer park and plantation, new pens and releasing more birds including partridges that are all reared on our own family game farm, and it has now got to a size were we are lucky enough to be able to offer 80-100 mixed bird days and mini driven/walked up days. We also offer high and fast driven duck days, not your usual driven duck day though, these birds are driven over woodland rides where possible, showing birds to test the most compenant of guns, and at £22 per bird a great way to limber in time for the pheasant season. On the day, we meet in the morning at the farm; have coffee, draw numbers have a quick safety briefing and head for the first drive. We normally have 3 drives in the morning and then stop for elevenses, which are all homemade using all local produce where possible by my very supportive partner.  This is followed by a further 2/3 drives, made up of drives to test all guns, which will then complete the day. We then retreat to a lovely log fire in our shoot room, to be greeted with some local fine ales, dinner (again using all local produce) and pudding. Our main aim is to offer good quality shooting for a good price,  with a warm friendly welcome and a pleasurable day out in some beautiful countryside, with full hospitality throughout the day.

Bodley's shoot is a fully keepered shoot located on the outskirts of Exeter within rolling hills and wooded valleys, with the addition of game cover plots. The ground rises steeply away from the valley floor on some of the drives which is challenging for beaters but provides some super birds. We have been running for 10 years and pride ourselves in catering for all needs of clientele. All gun pegs are easily accessable from the hard track, but we can offer transport to some pegs with a polaris ranger where necessary for those in need of further assistance. We shoot between 60 and 100 bird mixed bag of pheasant and duck. We serve tea and coffee on arrival and a mid morning break. A  light lunch and refreshments is provided for all  in our undercover barn which gives the opportunity for some good friendly banter. We welcome any interest and would gladly meet with you at convenient times to show you the heart of the ground for producing quality birds in such a picturesque area within the Exe Valley.
