We also offer sport around the world but in recent years have focused our attention on Spain offering both big game and bird shooting. Deer Scotland has access to thousands of acres of prime Roe deer stalking ground in Fife and Perthshire. From big wooded areas to open farmland, it is a challenge to stalk these fantastic animals. From crawling across a water logged field in a frosty morning to sitting on a high seat waiting for the Roe to appear. We cater for all from novice's who want to try it for the first time and to professional hunters.  On the day, we will arrange a time to meet you at an arranged place. You will be in the company of a professional stalker, and be driven to the stalking area for your outing. If you are trying it for the first time or don't have a rifle, you may use the stalkers. You will be taken to the target, to get used to the rifle and fire a few rounds. Then you will be taken out stalking to the ground.  If you are lucky enough to get success, you will be shown the way to graloch the Roe and prepare it for the larder. Venison can be bought from us, butchered and vacuum packed ready for cooking. Also Red and Sika stalking is available also. We cater for wing shooting also, from pheasant shooting, wood pigeon shooting, duck flighting, geese flighting. To going to the highlands to try for driven/ walked up grouse.
