Dedisham Shoot is a family run Pheasant Shoot based in the heart of the Weald, Slinfold, West Sussex.  We produce a varying style of driven game from November to January and welcome safe competent Guns of all ages and abilities.  The Shoot is positioned just outside Slinfold off the A281 Guildford Road. It follows the river Arun from Clemsfold to Rudgwick and covers over 900 acres of farmland. Guns will stand on pegs and will need to get from each drive in a vehicle although often we group people together to get between drives if needed.  Driven Pheasant will be presented to 8 pegged guns from large woodland, cover crops and hedgerow thickets.  During the main part of the season, we shoot an average of 100-150 birds. Our day starts at the shoot hut where guns meet and draw their first stand, from there we move to our mornings drives. We break mid morning for a light refreshment.  Lunch is served back at the shoot hut - home made stews or similar with cheese to follow.  After lunch we head out for the final drives of the day. The day finishes with an opportunity to take home some of the shot game. This shoot is run to cover its own costs and prices are competitive. Days can be taken as individual pegs or as a complete day.
