Abercairny Estate is a renowned sporting estate in Perthshire near the town of Crieff. The estate has some of the best mixed sport on offer in Scotland with a grouse moor and low ground shoot as well as deer stalking and salmon fishing. Simulated Game Day: We present an exhilarating full day’s shooting of upwards of 3000 launched clays using actual out-of-season pheasant, partridge, and grouse drives and stands with our mobile automatic clay traps to challenge a minimum of 8 guns and a maximum of 16 guns @ £270 inc. VAT per gun. Bookings accepted generally for days in mid-March to June but any date can be considered by request. Catering on the day is included. Rough/ Mini-Driven/ Species Day: To include small drives and some walking-up for a maximum of 8 guns. A rough day is about quality rather than quantity, experience rather than numbers… the bag is typically between 20-60 birds and we charge for the day regardless of the actual bag. The bag may include pheasant, partridge, woodcock, snipe, pigeon, duck (Mallard, Teal), plus red grouse according to season and the gamekeeper’s discretion. Catering on the day is included. Each gun will be offered a brace of game from the larder at the end of the day. Red Deer Stalking: There is now no close season for stags but we will stick to the traditional 1 July – 20 October/ hinds 21 October – 15 February. Roe Deer Stalking: The season for bucks is 1 April – 20 October and does 21 October – 31 March. Please contact us for further details, pricing, and bookings. Scotland’s Finest Simulated Clay Shoot! Set amongst ideal shooting country, with truly spectacular scenery, we offer your party, of  8 to16 guns a complete simulated game shoot. From drawing the pegs until the end of the day, we try to replicate, as closely as possible, the atmosphere of the “real thing”. Our drives consist of pheasant, partridge and grouse. We have many drives over a very large area. Get your syndicate to try one of our simulated game days to brush up on their shooting before the season begins or just have a “Big Day” for a fraction of the cost. We shoot seven days a week from June to December, please get in touch with us for availability. Each drive will be in a different location, shot from pegs or butts and will consist of 2500-5000 clay targets, depending on the amount of guns. Expect to use a fair few cartridges on the day! (cartridges not included in the price) Loaders, Guns, Cartridges are available at an extra cost for your simulated game day, if required.
