Horse Hill Shoot is a small shoot (8 days only) which is run for the benefit of the family, friends and guests.
There is an occasional spare places to make up a team and the odd day for a whole team, please contact us if you are interested.
The shoot presents some challenging birds and represents excellent value for money.
Hospitality
Full hospitality provided with either lunch or meal afterwards, depending on personal preference. Transportation between each drive in a shoot trailer.
Topography
The farm is on the edge of the Salisbury Plain in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) The shoot is carried out in two principal valleys, with birds flushed from covers and woods on high banks.
Conservation Efforts
Farm has entered in to a Countryside Stewardship Scheme and is part of the 'Wylye Valley Farmers' cluster conservation group.
About the hosts
The family have owned and run the farm since 1990.
