We offer great testing birds for all abilities. From standing in a open field and the birds being driven from a hilltop in open view, to some great snapshooting when standing in the deep Glen's and the birds driven from our natural woodland above.

Lochryan has a bit off everything to offer, from rolling hills to woodlands aswell as some beautiful Glen's.

The guns will be met by myself who along with my partner will host them for the day. The shoot itself will be run by our Gamekeeper who has been on this shoot for 30+ years.

We offer a great laid back day, with great hospitality along with some great Traditional Shooting.

Guns will need to provide their own transport. The closest airport is Glasgow Prestiwck.(64 mile) alternatively Glasgow Airport (79 mile) The closest ferry terminal is Stena Line (1 mile) or P&O ferry (1.5mile).

Lochryan has been a successful shoot for past 30years where my Father keepers. I have lived on the Estate for most of my life and now a full time employee. When the Shooting agent retired this year, it seemed a great opportunity for myself to take it on.

We are a very Traditional shoot where we still hand feed our birds and use no cover crops, all our drives are from the Natural surroundings which alot off teams comment on.
