2 or 3 week Hunting /Fishing Safari in NZ starting 25th March 2019.Target species throughout Safari Red stags in rut(cull stags/ private land) Wild Pigs(cull/private land) Mountain Goats(cull/private land) Chamois(cull/ private and public land) Himilayan Tahr(cull/ public land via helicopter tent camp) Wallaby(cull/private land) SCI Trophy Red/Fallow and Wapiti(Elk) avaliable on request. Deep sea fishing charter included Trout /Salmon fishing via jet boat access included. Bow hunting avaliable Rifle hire/ammunition included All food, accommodation, transport, hunting /fishing licences,helicopter /jetboat fees,guiding fees and sightseeing included.
Hospitality
As stated All Food , Acommodation , transport (Airport pickup and dropoff included)throughout the safari , Rifle hire /ammunition , Helicopter fees, Jetboat fees, Hunting /Fishing licences and guiding fees are included in Safari cost.
Topography
Terrain is varied,from rolling heavy bush with tussock tops /scrub and river flats All hunting areas have excellent 4x4 access and back country huts.Himilayan Tahr hunt is from 3000 to 5500ft open scree faces ,rocky bluffs with large feed basins(tent camps are essential)
About the hosts
All hunting guides are very experienced and know their stuff!Born and bred in the New Zealand backblocks with vast knowledge of the hunting areas and the animals therein.The hunting blocks (barring the public , DOC land)are privately owned with a total of 15000 acres of hunting ground avaliable.
