Experience one of the top estates for Chinese water deer in the country. With an on site larder and facilities, an outing for us is all about a stress free and enjoyable time.
Topography
We're set with in classical rolling Bedfordshire countryside. Mainly arable ground with cover crops and small woodland areas.
Species
We have predominantly Chinese water deer on the ground, however we also have a few muntjac spread through some of the woods.
Gun hire & insurance
We have estate rifles to hire for anybody needing to use one. Also our own private on site range, for a test shot or a practice session. We are more than happy to teach novice guns on all aspects of deer management.
About the hosts
Most of the stalking will be done by our sporting manager Sam Austin. Other highly qualified guides can be brought in for any larger groups.
Non-shooting guests
Stalkers are more than welcome to bring a +1 with them.

Located only minutes from junction 13 of the M1 and only 45 minutes from London.
