Driven Pheasant Shooting in North East of England:
Bobgins Burn Shoot, Marley Hill Estate is a new and exciting up and coming shoot in the north of England.
DRIVEN SHOOTING: The 900 acre low ground shoot comprises drives ranging from tall pheasants pushed over tall tree banks and wooded valleys, to mixed drives of ducks and pheasants driven from cover over the rolling hills.
Driven Days are available throughout the season with a target bag of 100 birds per day, which includes breakfast, elevenses, lunch and a full range of drinks for the guns.

Hospitality
Meet at the Bobgins Burn Shoot room for a bacon roll with fresh coffee and tea, elevenses will be out in the field, after the third drive we head back to the shooting room for a hot lunch and a full range of drinks for the guns. We try to locally source our food using our local bakery and nearby farm shop.
LOCAL ACCOMMODATION There are a range of accommodation options in the local area, ranging from exclusive private houses to local hotels and pubs; the Black Horse, Beamish Park Hotel, South Causey, Beamish Park Hotel . We are also only 5 miles from Newcastle City Centre and 10 miles from Durham City Centre.
Topography
Located on the border of County Durham and Gateshead, the Estate benefits from a variety of deep gills, ancient English woodlands and sloping topography, which enables the presentation of exceptional quality pheasants and Ducks. The birds are capable of challenging all levels of experience.
