Wasterslov

Pheasant Shooting Sweden.

As one of very few Swedish shoots, Wasterslov offers driven pheasant shooting and duck shooting.The duck days are in september and the pheasant days from late october to mid january.

Typically the early shoots are 300-400 bird days, and less later in the season.

The 1150 hectare estate is 50% productive forest and the rest is arable land and grassland. In the open land there are 15 drives offering good protection and food for the game, normally some old oaktrees, groups of dense spruce and lots of bushes such as blackthorne, rugosa and snowberry. We also have 7 duck-ponds.

A full time keeper is employed.

We are situated in the south of Sweden 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen airport via the bridge. We are 18 km north of Kristianstad. Please search "Wasterslov AB, Hanaskog" on Google Maps for exact position.

Early season pheasant days start at 9 and include proper hot lunch as well as drinks during the day. Late december and january we start at 10 a.m and shoot through to lunch. Duck shooting starts later according to your whish. Tea and coffe are offered at the end of the day.

The main days are hosted by the owners who have managed the estate for pheasant since the 1930:s.
