**Lodge Farm - Hunston.**Lodge Farm is approximately ten miles north east of Bury St. Edmunds.  The shoot covers a little under 2500 acres of gentle rolling west Suffolk countryside, within this there are around 160 acres of woodland.

We are predominately a partridge shoot with 14 partridge drives, allowing us to pick the most suited to the weather, and a further ten mixed drives.  Our aims are to provide a great day of exciting sport and friendly hospitality, in a relaxed atmosphere, so guns feel like guests of the family.
Teams can be of either eight or nine guns and are taken round the shoot in a comfortable trailer, which can easily accomadate several followers.

A day would run thus:

0900 meet at farm house for coffee and briefing.
Two drives followed by elevenses.
One or two more drives, then back to the farm for lunch.
After lunch two more drives followed by a substancial afternoon tea in the farm house.  We always aim to be back in the yard by 1530.

Bags vary between 200 and 300 plus depending on requirements.  A +/- 5% leeway is given before any overage, but the team captain will be kept informed through out the day on progress.  A deposit of 50% is required upon booking, payable 14 days from invoice date.

Above all else we want all our clients to have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
