Hunt in Czech Republic/Europe

Every aspect of the shoot was very well organised and any questions I had were very quickly answered in a positive manner.As part of my trip was on train I could not take my own gun but was offered a choice of high quality guns instead I could not recommend this trip any higher as there were plenty of medium high and very high targets and I will definitely be going again .Thanks again it was excellent.[more]

We joined a local Czech group shooting at an estate 50 minutes outside Prague in January. The organisation via Katerina was very good. The (mixed) birds were brilliant, shown across deep valleys with tall larch & fir trees. Beautiful to look at, and challenging (but shootable) birds. Lunch at the estate restaurant was a very nice venison fillet. They aren’t into all the frills of a big UK day, but it was good quality, and the traditions are fantastic to experience. Me and a friend visited Czech in September to shoot ducks. We couldn’t have asked for a more organised well run day !! All the staff were very accommodating Couldn’t recommend enough 10/10[more]

Katerina and her team couldn't have been more helpful! From when we booked in April she provided quick responses to our myriad silly questions! We hired guns on site and requirements (leftie and 20bore ladies) were dealt with. Lucky with the weather, we shot a range of duck, fast and low, crossing high birds and driven high birds. Loaders were brilliant and the ceremony to open and close is something we should do here! Everyone was all smiles and shooting off pontoons is a definite must try! Having spent a vast amount of years shooting driven birds in the uk on numerous amounts of different terrains, shoots, birds and locations the thought of traveling overseas was something we pondered with for a while. A change of scenery, something different. But so many questions filled our heads. On reaching out to St Hubertus all of the above and so much more were quickly answered. From the very forefront of booking absolutely nothing was ever to big nor small. I dealt with both Elio and Katerina and can not speak highly enough about them and their organization. Dealing with them everything is straight forward and simple. I dont know how many times I picked up the phone or sent a message always answered with a joyous hello or swift reply. We booked 3nights accommodation 2x back to back days, gun hire, airport transfers, loader, cartridges. There was absolutely nothing that you werent made aware of, every detail prepared for in fine detail. The traditions of the horn blowers and singers on welcome to the closing ceremony at the end of the day & the upmost respect for the birds it was nothing short of breathtaking and wonderful. On arrival to the estate and lodge the choice of guns was laid out with choices of top quality guns even having a left hand for a gun joining. We shared our two days with other guns from Uk, Germany, Lebanon and Austria (all accomplished shots and blown away by the shoot and organization) Some guns were on a different packages with each persons cartridges and birds being counted by their loader, so there was never any questioning how many you were on. The overages were clear and you only pay for what you shoot over your package. The drives are efficient and done english style. With birds for all types of levels the choice was top notch. Katerina spent the two days with us ensuring no stone was left unturned in looking after everything. So easy going and relaxed can not recommend highly enough.
