La Posadilla is a private estate located in the region of El Quixote, Castilla la Mancha, Ciudad Real, just a two-hour drive from Madrid International Airport or 10 minutes from Ciudad Real private Airport. Also just 1h by train from Madrid.
Keeping with tradition and character, the lodge offers 8 rooms, and small house, outdoor pool, and a SPA.
Things have come a long way since we organized the first partridge shoots at the end of the 20th century. Recently, we have made significant improvements to the land, adding more drives to the existing ones. Today, we have an excellent team of professional gamekeepers, loaders, secretaries, beaters, kitchen staff, etc., who ensure our guests have a great experience at La Posadilla.
The shooting season From September until the end of March, you can enjoy a unique partridge shoot. Constantly taking care of the habitat produces hundreds of wild partridge broods from late May onwards.

Hospitality
Build with the character of the area (la Mancha), remains the lovely Lodge of La Posadilla located on the heart of the estate, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Full board accommodation, wine & dishes from the area deserved for the guns who want to have fun shooting partridges and enjoying the taste & traditions of La Mancha
Topography
Situated in the heart of Calatrava, Ciudad Real, surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, and volcanic relief, La Posadilla is the perfect place to delight in. Thanks to the terrain conditions and smooth undulations, we can adapt the drives according to the expertise of the guns, ranging from the traditional Spanish flush to crossing valleys with high birds, ensuring a good experience for all participants.
Conservation Efforts
A big plan started few years ago when property and I decided for a development plan to preserve the areas that already existed and make new ones with the aim of preserving the wildlife of the area, non just for the partridges also other species related and that many years ago lived on the region. To be able to do that we decided to make a forestry plan to clean the areas that over years were abandoned and now are back to life. In order to keep the beauty of the scenario we decided to make some days shooting in the area that help to maintain the beauty of the wildlife.
