All hunters gather up in the morning to have some traditional Spanish breakfast. Right after that, hunters will randomly be assigned to a stand. When all hunters are dropped off at their own stand, dogs and beaters will start moving through the bushes and forest towards the line of hunters but from the other end of the estate, several kilometers away.
The excitement has began. It will last 3 to 4 tense and exciting hours when at any moment you will have the chance of shooting your favorite trophy. It will probably be a shot on the run since the animals are scared and trying to escape from the dogs.
When the hunt is over everyone gets together again to share experiences while enjoying a delicious lunch and good wine. You have to try it; it is just an unforgettable experience.
Hospitality
We will be in a century country house that is located in a 4.000 hectares small game territory. The hotel has a very good restaurant where we will enjoy the typical food of the region, good meats and fresh fish from the Mediterranean Sea.
Topography
Monteria or driven hunting is the oldest and most traditional form of hunting in Spain. This type of hunting includes drives for deer, wild boar, fallow deer and mouflon. It is a unique experience thanks to its colour, beauty and excitement with large parties of hunters, hounds and mounts. The topography is usually mountainous what let you see the animals arriving to your stand.
About the hosts
You will be host by a family with 4 generations of hunters who will take care of the details to ensure you enjoy your trip. Our motto is "No problem" just come and enjoy.

Mr. Frank Stephenson
I hunted mouflon with Chema who runs Naturcaza. We stayed in the family hotel in the heart of their partridge shooting grounds an hour and a half from Madrid. The family are true hunters who understand how to run a shoot, how to host and a very understand of the various quarry that they can offer. The hotel was set among vineyards and olive groves and we ate brilliant, traditional Spanish cuisine with plenty of local wines. The mouflon stalk was one which will live forever in the memory, however I have no doubt that the partridge shooting, monteria's and ibex stalking would also be fantastic and I look forward to hunting with them again.
