Hidden in the heart of the mountains just off the ancient Roman road The Ruta de la Plata or Silver Route in the wild and unspoilt hills of Sierra Norte de Sevilla , lies the until now very private 2,700 hectare estate of Las Loberuelas .

This estate has been in the private ownership of the Madariaga Family for decades.

Las Loberuelas house sits amongst the ancient olive groves, with exceptional views, hospitality and cuisine it is the perfect place to enjoy this unique natural and unspoilt environment .

The estate is in the heart of the mountains of Sierra Norte de Sevilla ,just over an hour from Seville and an hour half from the airport .

Recently the partridge shoot has continued to evolve to cater for the modern taste for high and extreme partridge shooting. With the deep steep sided hills and valleys it’s the perfect location to show extreme partridge.

New for 2020 is a luxury self-contained wing, this has been added to the main house . Offering 10 en suite rooms , private salon , dining room and terrace all designed to enjoy stunning views views across the estate.

For the sportsmen and women who enjoy both big game and small game the estate is perfect for a sporting getaway , you can enjoy outstanding driven partridge , stalk exceptional deer and Mouflon , enjoy the unique Spanish Monteria and driven boar all without leaving Las Loberuelas.

Las Loberuelas is home to one of the finest populations of Iberian Red deer , after many decades of dedicated and knowledgeable management ,this was started by the internationally famous hunter and conservationist Snr Valentin Maderiaga . Famed for amongst many distinguished hunting achievements and accolades as being Spain’s first Weatherby Trophy winner, the legacy is a a high number of medal class stags each year .

Las Loberuelas has a further three species of big game all very good quality , these are Mouflon sheep , Fallow deer and wild boar . All these species can be stalked on foot or on a driven hunt , known in Spain as a Monteria which is an amazing and unique experience.

In Las Loberuelas you find the perfect habitat for wild partridge which is then complemented each year with birds that are raised on the estate from day old chicks and therefore know Las Loberuelas as home . There are many drives on the estate and now we are opening and developing the deep valleys to provide “extreme partridge “ that are comparable to any in Europe .

In addition to the partridge excellent duck shooting is available on the large lake , which can be a great start or end to a visit to Las Loberuelas .

We have just returned from an incredible two days at Las Loberuelas. We were looked after beautifully by Sean, Gonzalo and Maria - the food and all round hospitality here is quite exceptional. The topography on the 2,700 hectare estate is varied with some really interesting hilly terrain which makes for spectacular views along the line. Our final drive at the epic "Sean's Valley" presented some of the tallest partridges I have ever seen. At Las Loberuelas you are made to feel like one of the family, nothing is too much trouble either at the house or out in the field. We are already looking at booking next year, I really cannot recommend it highly enough.

What a fantastic experience, Gonzalo, Maria and their family have a wonderful, welcoming and challenging shoot. Assisted by Sean Los Loberuelas should be on the list of great shooting experiences. The scenery is challenging, giving shooting for everyone. From the moment we arrived we wanted for nothing, and the thought and personal touches were a delight. We all look forward to having the opportunity to come back, Thank you.

A truly unique and special experience... Just returned from two nights and days shooting at Las Loberuelas, we were five guns and a party of nine in total include partners. From start to finish the whole experience was incredible. Stunning property is beautiful and vast grounds steeped in history and tradition, the food and service were sublime and plentiful, there was rarely an occasion one of the team weren't offering you a tapas, wine or a glass of sherry. Gonzalez, a friendly and charismatic owner, and his team were on hand to cater for all of our needs and so much more including a fantastic day of partridge shooting with five extraordinary drives and some of the most challenging high birds I've experienced. If you are considering a memorable shooting experience outside of the UK look no further, you will not beat Las Loberuelas, it is very special.

A truly magnificent family run shooting estate. From the minute we arrived we were looked after and nothing was too much. We were made completely at home in ''The Family home''. The hospitality was second to none, I have ever experienced, and then the shooting!! An expanse of undulating terrain where the birds flew exceptionally well. There were plenty of them, and proved to challenge us on all drives. One of the best shooting days I have ever experienced. My compliments to The Family and Team.

A truly exceptional experience! From our first dealings with the Madariaga Family and partner Sean Scott to the send off on the last morning, everything was planned to perfection and nothing was too much trouble. We had a fantastic welcome our first night followed by an incredible meal served by the most attentive staff. The shoot day was very hot (far hotter than the norm apparently) and being ferried around the beautiful estate in the opened top gun bus felt like you were on safari! Having never shot in Spain, the first drive was quite an experience. Small hides which your Loader and Secretario had set up with all your equipment including a telescopic sun shield! A great mix of drives from fast crossing and curling birds to the incredible high birds of 'Seans Valley' we were tested on all levels. The hospitality is second to none, gourmet meals and nibbles at every turn, incredible sherries and wines, we wanted for nothing. We are already working out dates for our return. I cannot recommend Las Loberuelas highly enough. An exceptional shoot of the highest standards.
