  1. TRADITION: Part of the estate is linked to their family since 14th Century, where their grand parents, the Count of Adanero and Marques de Castroserna , organized their hunts. Jacobo and Fernando Diaz de Bustamante are direct descendants of the Kings of the ancient Kingdoms of Spain, Castilla, Leon and Aragon, some of them great hunters, and try to keep the traditional way of hunting.

  4. ACCOMMODATION: Fantastic fully renewed house, keeping the ambience and taste of a luxury shooting home. Meals and wines are under a Cordon Blue supervision. Staff in the lodge: 7 maids + 2 butlers. Hosted by the owners Jacobo and Fernando Díaz de Bustamante and their wives.
  5. LOCATION: Between Cáceres and Trujillo, two of the prettiest World Heritage towns in Spain. It is the heart of Spain for bird shooting and big game hunting where Kings of Europe use to Hunt.
  6. HOW TO ARRIVE:
  • Private plane: Airport for any size of planes. 3.000m concrete runway . Customs and gun clearance
  • Car: Easy access by beautiful highway from Madrid, Seville and Lisbon.
  1. SHOOTING AND CULTURE IN THE SAME TRIP: Surrounded by old towns of first class artistic and historical interest as Caceres, Trujillo, Merida and Guadalupe, ideal for visits during the shoots or after shooting. Also fighting Bull estates and wineries
  2. TAYLOR MADE SHOOTS: Bags from 600 to 3.000 birds per day. Number of guns from 1 to 12. Dates available also for individual guns to join a group.
  3. BIG GAME: You can enjoy Monterias (driven big game: deer, wild boar and mouflon with hounds) or stalking of the Spanish 4 different Ibex, red deer, fallow deer, mouflon and wild boar in the best territories.

About the hosts

Fernando Diaz de Bustamente has been organising driven shooting since 1970, when he pioneered in Spain this type of shoots with guns from outside of the country. We receive every year some of the most demanding guns in the world, including Royal families and top business leaders from all over the world.
