Our Estate, called Fuentelfresno, is a driven partridge shooting Estate with 15000 hectares of hunting ground; we are at 45 minutes from Madrid Comercial Airport, at 40 minutes from Torrejón Private Airport and at 55 minutes from central Madrid capital. The estate is made by fields of cereals, vineyards, olive groves and hills spotted with ilex, rockrose, retama brush and rosemary, all of which make up the perfect habitat for the Spanish red-legged partridge since they maintain a balance between feeding areas and shelter. All birds are either wild or released before the end of July, ensuring the birds are in the best possible condition by the time the season starts.

The makeup of the land offers a variety of locations for shoots, defined by slight undulations, vineyards and olive groves as well as deep ravines from which we drive extremely high birds. From gentle slopes, hillocks and high hills to deep valleys, there are drives for all abilities, even the best.

The combination of the carefully studied drives and the bravery of our red-legged partridge make Fuentelfresno one of the best estates for driven shooting in Spain. Our Grandfather, 15th Count of Castillo de Centellas, started to shoot in Fuentelfresno with his family and friends. Since then, season after season we’ve organized hunts of the highest level during which you can enjoy spectacular scenery and the flying ability of our partridges that, along with the lie of the land at Fuentelfresno, make our shoots an unforgettable experience for seasoned hunters.

Parties return year after year to shoot partridges with us, guns of the highest level from all around the world shoot with us. Exclusivity, discretion and top service is our motto. In one day of hunting we do 4 or 5 drives. Aperitifs (tapas) and drinks are available between each drive; lunch is served in the field in little wood-houses.

Our hunting lodge is very familiar and cozy, all of it made with stone, bricks and wood which gives it a very classical ambiance. This lodge has 2 living rooms with fireplace, 8 bedrooms all with bathroom and wardrobe and a dining room. The Service is high level and the gastronomy is top of Mediterranean food; Of course, if the guest would like to have different kind of food, everything is possible.

We can organize for the guests what they want to do after and during the shoots, special cars, flamenco dancers, violins and guitars, etc. ( this activities, we need to organize in advance and they would be at cost price )

Our Season starts 1st of October until 28th of February.

The prices includes: (Everything is include Airport to Airport) Licenses, insurance, hunting permits, chauffeurs and cars at the airport, 4x4 cars in the field during the shooting, all the cartridges for the group, accommodation at our classical lodge, full boarding during the stay in our property, the keepers, the beaters and dogs. Prices per day depending number of partridges that the group would like to shoot with a minimum of 400 partridges per day per the total group.

Normally the group of shooters comes two days of shooting.

The price does not include:

• Non shooting guest: 150 euros per day.
• Extra night: 150 euros per person.
• Tip for the loader and for secretario (2 people per shooter) which is 60 euros per day per the loader and 60 euros per day per the secretario.
• Tip for the housekeeping: 50 euros per guest, not per shooter, for all the stay.
• If you would like to rent guns the price is 50€/per gun per day.
