We will stay in 2 Lodges: Buffels Fontein Lodge – This is a luxurious colonial style lodge set in the Stormberg Mountains. Steeped in history, it was once a post office and inn for weary travellers to rest their oxen and horses between the diamond and gold mines in the north and the docks in the south.

Nxakwe Lodge - Fittingly at the heart of the Kat River Conservancy is the warm and welcoming family-run Nxakwe Lodge. This is a true African style lodge where lighting is solar powered and completely off the grid. It consists of a thatched double story dining and entertainment room and central lapa area, where a blazing open log fire mesmerizes you as drinks are served under the African night stars

This is a challenging shooting - Duck and Geese shooting in the morning and evening - Walked Up Greywing, Snipe, Partridge and Guineafowl hunting over dogs during the day ...

The Stormberg area is a mixture of picturesque mountains and open valleys, situated in the high country of the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa. Part of this 100 000-acre conservancy’s rich ecosystem includes numerous game birds and waterfowl. This high altitude montane grassland area is famous for its Greywing Partridge and snipe hunting, the Kat River area for itś Duck and Geese....

Absolute Wingshooting is owned and operated by Marcus J.Grande. He is a passionate wing shooter, organising trips to South Africa since 2012. He strives to present memorable experiences to his clients from all over the world and highly value attention to detail. He will join this trip with his wife and make sure that everything is running smooth.

Price per gun: USD 5.250 Non-hunting guest: USD 2.750

The price includes: The full-time service of a licensed Professional Hunter and complete field and lodge staff and services - Full board and lodging of three meals a day including laundry - Pick up and drop off at East London Airport - All ground transport during the safari with fully kitted hunting vehicles - All birds shot and cleaning of birds - South African wine, beer and spirits, within reason - Gun dogs, decoys, bird boys and blinds - Hunting License - VAT.

The price does not include: Graduits - Gun Import ( POR) - Ammunition @ 25 US$ / box - Hire of rifles and shotguns @ 50 US$ / day - Specially requested alcohol - Hotels & Flights before and after the hunt.

You are flying into East London where we pick you up. Itś a 3 hour drive to our area.
