Jordens estate Shoot

The jordens estate shoot is situated in rural south somerset, on the historical Jordan's estate, close to Ilminster.

The shoot consists of woodland and open farmland driven Pheasant shooting, we have substantial cover crops across the estate with at used as holding cover and as part of some of the main drives.

The shoot has a large comfortable shoot room where breakfast rolls are prepared at the start of the day along with Coffee or tea etc. Each gun brings their own lunch and we eat and drink together with guns and beating / keepings team in the shoot room.

Generally speaking we shoot between 60 - 80 birds per day over a 5 to 6 drives a day.

The Shoot is a friendly event with dogs / family and partners welcome to join the guns on the day.
