Driven pheasant available on established Somerset shoot.
On arrival you will be briefed on the day ahead whilst having refreshments in our refurbished gun room .The expected bag for the day will be 120-60 birds.The landowner will host the day and will take care of the guns
The shoot is run over about 550 acres of farmland and about 90 acres of woodland with some small copses. Birds will be driven out of well placed cover crops across some very testing valleys and terrain. We aim to get 5/6 drives during the day .
The shoot is run as a family shoot so only a few days are available
Lunch is provided and facilities available for tea coffee
Guns to bring own transport

Hospitality
Shoot barn houses guns and rest of the team. Guns and shoot team enjoy the same lunch. 2 home cooked courses. Wine/beer/soft drinks provided. A very relaxed informal shoot. Well behaved dogs welcome (they all have good and bad days!)
