Barrow Farm

Barrow Farm is a mixed pheasant and partridge shoot with drives in deep downland valleys, with exceptionally high birds. The days range from 200-400 bird days, with a fixed agreed price, and no overages payable on the day. There is good vehicle access to all the drives, with very little walking to the peg.

Barrow Farm is 6 miles south of Frome in Somerset. It is a family run shoot, with a relaxed atmosphere, run by John Nicholls and his son Mark. Guns meet in the shoot lodge at Barrow Farm for coffee before heading out on the shoot. We usually shoot through, stopping for drinks and nibbles during the day, followed by a hot meal served in the shoot lodge.
