Experience an unforgettable day of pheasant shooting at the renowned Yeaton Pevery Shoot in the beautiful scenic hills of Shropshire, expertly managed by KM Jones and Sons. Immerse yourself in a world of high-quality game birds, where every shot is a testament to precision and skill. Whether you're a solo enthusiast or part of a small team, the shoot accommodates your needs, ensuring a personalised and exclusive experience. The day will come with full hospitality. You are welcome to bring your own dogs and pick your own in-line birds.
The shoot is located less than 10 miles from the center of Shrewsbury. With 12 different drives offering a range of shoot types, you will want to come back time and time again to enjoy and explore more. The surrounding Shropshire countryside is a picturesque and tranquil landscape. You cannot help but be captivated by the scenic beauty that surrounds us.
We are proud to raise our birds on site. By raising them ourselves we know where they have come from along with what they have been fed. It also allows us to understand our birds to get the best flights from them for better shooting options.
KM Jones Gaming Birds has been running shoots within Shropshire for the last 8 years with the last 5 years being at Yeaton Pevery. KM Jones has years of experience and has now brought his sons into the business as Head Keepers.
Hospitality
We offer full catering and refreshments throughout the day included in the price. Extra guests can be catered for at an additional charge - please do inquire as we'd be pleased to accommodate wherever possible. Included in the price will be a Bacon roll on arrival in the gun run. Elevenses which is usually made up of a cup of soup, some locally sauced sausage rolls and pork pies. An evening meal on site and drinks all day included.
About the hosts
Our shoot is hosted by KM Jones. Along with Head Keepers Ollie Adams and Martyn Jones. We have a highly experienced team who are on hand through out the day to ensure you have an enjoyable day and want to return.

A great day’s sport with Ken and his shoot captain John. The size of the bag was not important as the drives were interesting and varied and the quality of the birds excellent. The use of a covered trailer to transport the guns to the drives was most welcome. Most enjoyable and good value.
