After shooting, we provide a roast meal of your choice followed by desert and a cheese board. All prepared by our experienced chef using locally sourced produce. Wine, spirits & beers are all included within the Gun room hospitality. We are also happy to assist with arranging local accommodation if required.

Birds

Our shoot offers high, challenging and sporting birds set within beautiful rolling countryside. Great emphasis is placed on presentation by our full time game keeper, with fast, high-flying birds designed to test experienced Guns. Combined with traditional partridge drives over established hedgerows to provide a classic and memorable day's sport.

Topography

Patmarsh Shoot features an impressive and varied topography. It combines rolling hills, wooded areas, deep grass valleys and open ground to create exciting and challenging sport. The natural contours of the landscape provide excellent drives and natural vantage points, while mature woodland and undulating terrain enhance both the presentation and quality of the birds. The mixture of wooded hillsides and sweeping valleys is ideal for partridge and pheasant shooting, producing high, testing birds in a beautiful and traditional English countryside setting.

Conservation Efforts

At Patmarsh Partridge Shoot, conservation sits at the heart of everything we do. Through carefully managed habitat restoration, wild bird cover crops, hedgerow management, and year-round stewardship of the countryside, we are committed to supporting thriving populations of grey partridge and wider farmland wildlife. Our approach combines traditional sporting values with modern conservation practices, creating a sustainable environment that benefits songbirds, pollinators, and native game alike while preserving the natural beauty of the landscape for future generations.
