Season (01 August - 31 September)
The best period to bring your party to Serbia and shoot high volume quail & doves is August . We offer during the course of day mainly collared dove mixed with few common dove and morning and evening walk up shooting on quail for the last 2 weeks of August. For the first 2 weeks of August we organise driven quail Shooting where it is possible to have 1000 birds day for 8000 Euros exclusive of food & accommodation. This is more challenging sport than driven partridge shooting in Spain. During the last 2 weeks of August Doves are getting attracted around sunflower harvest time forming corridors and very challenging sport. Arguable the most challenging dove shooting in the World. This is a fast and exciting shooting in sunflowers, maze and quail is shoot over the stubble. The birds are plentiful and there is no need for much cover. An average gun can expect to fire 300 cartridges per day with 2 cartridges to 1 bird on average.
Hospitality
during the day refreshments would be served as well as lunch is organised locally in very friendly local atmosphere with local food and wine
Topography
Sunflower and Maze fields are main cover as well as acacia forest as roosting areas for doves. During Quail shooting over pointers the hunters move very slowly in a straight line across the stubble fields. Our team will provide trained dogs for flushing and retrieving the game. The first 2 weeks is opening Season on quail in Serbia when numbers can easily be up to 1000 birds per day per team of 8 people.
