South Nottinghamshire Shoot

Hospitality includes elevenses where game from the estate is served, flash fried over the fire pit along with pork pie and sausage rolls. Sloe and fizz is provided, along with a selection of other drinks. A sit down lunch is served in the modern shoot lodge, the food is cooked by our chef who prepares delicious game pies with roast pototoes and vegetables. All drinks and wine are including.

The shoot is a mix of pheasant and partridge. Our drives are predominately game covers well located to take advantage of the undulating wold land. We present challenging, sporting birds with early partridge followed by pheasants throughout the drive.

The estate is located in the south Nottinghamshire Wolds. The land is undulating arable and grassland with woodland as well.

The estate holds a Bronze Purdey Award for Game and Conservation

The day is hosted by the estate owner. Guns should expect a friendly, relaxed day, hosted in the same way as the family are, making it a special and unique experience.

A unique, family run, private shoot that has been operating for 20 years. The family has decided to let a few commercial days to open up the estate to other like minded country sport enthusiasts. Bags of between 100 - 200 are available so please get in contact if you would like more details.
