Family run pigeon days. We will set you up in the right place. Need your own cartridges and gun. We can sit with your throughout the day and give you help building the decoying pattern if needed. Alot of land to shoot over that varies throughout Northamptonshire depending on the time of year and what the birds are feeding on. Days are being sold at £130 a day per gun.
Hospitality
Food and drink can be provided at extra cost. Delivered to the hide.
Birds
Numbers can vary. Early spring the pigeons are usually in bigger numbers helping to achieve 100 bird days. Maximum to shoot is 4 guns.
Topography
Open fields with woodlands and a lot of tree lines. Perfect for decoying.
Conservation Efforts
We maintain hedge lines and ponds regularly from fallen down trees.
About the hosts
Family run so it is very laid back. Just let you get on with it or we can help you with patterns.
Travel information
Meet up is usually in our local village and we make our way from there
Final thoughts
A lot of experience in shooting and running shoots. This is a relaxed day that you can enjoy and learn from.
