Small family and friends shoot that has 3 guns available this year. There are 3 shoot days this year, 17th Nov 8th Dec 19th Jan. It is a small friendly shoot with a bag of 30 - 80 birds, there is walking and standing guns which all the guns take part in. This is a shoot for a safe gun who enjoys being out in the countryside and is not looking for a large amount of shooting but enjoys watching the wildlife. There is a good numbers of birds although we have not released any this year because of the high number left from last year, and our birds are well looked after with food and water throughout the year.
Hospitality
Meet at 10 a.m. for 10.30 start with coffee Break at mid day for hot.cold drink and cake Meal for everyone back at the farm at about 3.30 p.m
Topography
Rolling Northamptonshire hills, hedges and woods, bird covers.
About the hosts
David and Elizabeth have farmed here for over 40 years, and have a lot of conservation crops on the farm which encourages all wildlife as well as game birds.
