Island Farm, Hockwold

**aprox 60 acres, rough shooting land available for this season, not been shot for about 3 years,land backs up to the river bank of the little oose river,boardered by a ditch our side, the whole site is surrounded by water ,(as in ditches) and land run by the rspb with several thick willow hedges running through,a small wood and boundried one side by high willow trees, the geese tend to flight across the bottom marsh/field in line with the river bank,the bank is not included in the shoot but a permit could be obtained  to shoot on the  river in the future, we have had some fallow deer living on the land for the last 12 years we have owned it and get a few woodcock  and snipe later in the season, arrangements could be made for feeders  etc also planting some maize strips etc for holding cover and there is a posability for putting in a small duck flight pond at some stage, i would give the option for the following seasons as well, please call to discuss any points you wish,the land is well away from the main roads  and surrounded by farmland, the land not being farmed commercially,just used for grazing and hay making in season, the land could be let for use with the shoot as in crops etc ,we are willing to negotiate  any possibility, **
