Frolesworth Shoot

Frolesworth Shoot is a farm based syndicate shoot on approximately 2,000 acres of gently rolling south Leicestershire farm land. The land is farmed with wildlife in mind, with many miles of grass margins and numerous areas of wild bird cover making it ideal habitat for game birds.   The quarry is 80% partridge 20% pheasant with occasionally a small number of duck.

A typical day would start at 9 for 9.30 in the farm yard,  with the guns and beaters getting together over a coffee and a bacon sandwich. There would then be 4 drives before lunch and two drives after, followed by a cup of tea and a piece of cake and chance to reflect on the day's sport. For those that are able, the day usually ends in the local pub to further reflect on the one that got away.

The average bag is about 160, but can vary from 100 -200 depending on the conditions on the day.

The cost for 6 days is £4900 and half  guns are available at £2450 for 3 days. We have occasional full days for 8-10 guns available on request. We are currently Full and if any vacancies arise we will update this site accordingly
