The Warnford Shoot

Breakfast and drinks are served on arrival with elevenses taken in the field before returning to the shoot lodge for lunch. Tea and cake will be served to end of the day.

The Bucks Head in Exton is very much recommended by the Shoot with teams being well catered for in the past.

The Shoot holds 14 main drives offering a variety of sport, from traditional fast paced Partridges across the arable ground and downland to some of the most impressive woodland Pheasant drives you are likely to find in the South Downs.

The shoot benefits from both ancient woodlands on the banks of Beacon Hill as well as steep downland valleys offering the unique chance to shoot classic partridge downland drives before transitioning to towering woodland pheasants.

The Estate has always been managed with a key focus on the habitat and diversity having previously won a Purdey Award.

Guests will be greeted by the Estate host at the start of the day who will offer a warm welcome and aims to cater to all needs. The team pride themselves on creating a relaxed environment suited to families and close knit teams whilst also providing first-class hospitality.

The Estate can provide loaders and instructors for beginners and experienced guns alike.

The Shoot benefits from excellent access, being sited within the South Downs National Park near Alresford and reachable from London by car in less than two hours.

Petersfield Train Station is a 20-minute drive and offers connections to central London in an hour whilst Southampton Airport is also only 30 minutes away by car.
