Stratfield Saye

The Estate prides itself on providing exceptional hospitality. The award winning, Wellington Farm Shop, freshly prepares both the elevenses and lunch for the day, providing delicious nibbles and a superb lunch. Elevenses usually consists of home made soup and sausages, including a well equipped drinks selection, including Kings Ginger, Sloe Gin and a variety of other warming spirits. In addition, a wide range of beers, soft drinks and wines are available.

Lunch is the cherry on top of a day’s shooting at Stratfield Saye. The old Foresters workshop provides the perfect backdrop for a shoot lunch. The woodfired Rayburn and open fire provide warmth, whilst the excellent 2 course lunch is exactly what’s required on a cold winter’s day.

The Estate is made up of a wide range of topography, with a mixture of typical partridge drives over arable land, a number of drives set within the rolling Grade 1 Parkland, surrounding the impressive Stratfield Saye House. The River Loddon separates the Estate in half and a handful of drives are set out with the river as a backdrop. It really is a beautiful place to shoot.
