Pheasant
Partridge

This Cotswolds farm estate offers challenging shooting in wooded valleys and farmland, with high pheasants and fast partridge driven from mid-October onwards. Ideally placed just a few minutes drive from the historic town of Cirencester, the family run shoot has provided quality sport for nearly 40 years. We can provide an exciting and challenging day for even the most accomplished guns over multiple tree-lined or open drives. Aimed at up to 150 bird day bags, our extremely experienced gamekeeper consistently presents superb birds that have made pheasant shooting in Gloucestershire so popular. The Jenners Shoot is easily accessible from London, Oxford and the Midlands. We pride ourselves on providing an enjoyable, friendly and professional day shooting for all parties.

Topography

The Jenners Shoot is spread across two long valleys and 800 acres. It offers a varied range of drives over sweeping fields, banks and a well-maintained 100 acre area of woodland. It offers the opportunity for variation from quick partridge drives to high pheasants on drives that have been cultivated and refined for decades.

Conservation Efforts

The estate caters for a large acreage of Countryside Stewardship - a government scheme aimed at encouraging wildlife. The Jenners Shoot has recently planted a number of Willow trees which will eventually provide cricket bats for young players. We have multiple game pens and mixes that encourage happy birds.
