Castle Barn Shoot

Due to expansion this previously private family shoot hidden away just outside Cheltenham, on the Cotswold escarpment, is offering a limited number of let days of 200-300 birds.

£35 per bird inclusive

This typical Cotswold shoot covers 800 acres and has drives in both grassland valleys and woodland rides, with birds being driven from both woodland and cover crops.

The shoot day will be run on our typical family format with all the guns,beaters and pickers up meeting together at the start of the day for drinks and bacon rolls before departing for the first two drives with 11's then being taken out in the field. We will then shoot another two to three drives depending on the bag. Then at the end off the day we head back to the Manor House for a delicious three course lunch and drinks.

We do prefer to shoot through, however we can arrange the day to match the requirements of the individual teams by prior arrangement.

Suitable accommodation can be arranged locally for any teams that are traveling to the shoot and wish to stay overnight either the night before or after the shoot day.
