Brimpsfield Park Estate, a beautiful Cotswold Estate between Cheltenham and Cirencester, has a reputation as one of the finest driven pheasant and partridge shoots in the Cotswolds. The estate consists of arable farmland with numerous steep grass valleys running away into the hills and plenty of woods and spinneys. Located between the Roman town of Cirencester and the spa town of Cheltenham. Brimpsfield Park is ideally located for visits from London, the Midlands and the North.
Brimpsfield has a number of valleys cutting into the hills surrounding the main house, so we can and do produce some superb pheasants and partridges. There is plenty of drives to choose from, providing the ability to adapt to the conditions on the day and provide a variety of sport for Guns of all abilities.
We offer days from 300 upwards with a mixed bag throughout the game season as well as simulated game days throughout the summer.

Travel information
We have stone tracks through the estate. As well as 3 and 6 seater buggies to aid us getting to peg.

Brimpsfield should be the staple of every gun’s season — it truly sets the standard. I’ve been fortunate enough to shoot at this estate on several occasions, and every visit has been nothing short of excellent. The days are impeccably organised, the drives are always fantastic, and the birds are consistently challenging - especially the duck. Ben is an outstanding host: attentive and effortlessly professional. From the moment you arrive to the moment you depart, Ben and the team ensure that you are looked after. In all honesty, I doubt there’s a shoot anywhere that gives you more genuine bang for your buck. Brimpsfield delivers quality, enjoyment, and unforgettable days in the field time and time again.

Having shot here in 2023, I jumped at the opportunity with a friend to participate in their Promo day with two guns sharing a single peg and the added bonus of steel & bismuth cartridges supplied by Lyavale. Not much wind on the day with overcast conditions however the beating line were able to present some challenging pheasants and partridges along with some stratospheric duck which the HP Ultimate steel 32g/4s killed cleanly. Hospitality was excellent as this was provided by Eat Wild with game provided from the shoot. I dare not mention the final bag but Ben did us proud and both myself and my guest will be looking to take another peg or two when a day becomes available. One final mention to the picking-up team which had more dogs working the ground than there are in Battersea dogs home! A truly remarkable day.

My son and I shot here today - what an experience ! Fantastic birds, great hosting by Ben - a very friendly team behind the scenes from the very start of the morning - super food from Eat Wild and cartridge and expert support from Lyalevale, trying some of their steel cartridges which proved a hit. This has to be the best day I have had for years. The most incredible variety of high birds and some really testing shooting. Ben and his hosting skills are second to none. The 11s cooked by the private chefs using game from the shoot was a really nice change to the normal 11s I have had on other shoots. I would recommend Ben and his team to anyone 10/10
