Pheasant
Duck

Cliff Tops and Pancross shoot, bring together two shoots with totally different topography.

Cliff Top Shoot, amid South Wales coastal scenery. Shooting driven pheasants and some wild partridge over 1500 acres of arable land. We have three woods but most of our shooting comes from our  cover strips. Between drives you can take in the stunning coastal views not only of the high Welsh cliffs but across the Bristol Channel to the North Devon coast.

Pancross shoot has been running since 1976 and the shooting comes from woods and cover strips on top of deep valleys, this shoot is primarily a pheasant shoot with both wild and reared duck.

We are releasing 1000 Pheasants and 150 Duck.

The syndicate is made of 12 guns driven shooting with the odd back gun or flank

The days will some times be split between the two shoots giving us a good mixed variety of shooting with 6 drives per day. The bag is then split between the guns on departure.

Our bags can also include, wild duck, woodcock & snipe.

The syndicate will be £650 for 8 days shooting our days are 250+ shots, bag size is purely dependent on the guns.

We start on the 13th of October and shoot fortnightly until the 26th Jan. We miss out the 22nd November as it is landlords day.

Mr. Michael John

First day of the season and had a great day ! Great bunch, friendly atmosphere and great banter. Can't believe more people haven't tried it as it represents great value for money. Well done Dai and Chris

Mr. Simon Jenkins

I have shot in the Pancross Syndicate for the past twelve years. That should be testimony enough. However, in the last couple of years, the amalgamation of Pancross with Cliff Tops has improved this shoot no end. The efforts that Dai & Chris have put in have been more than evident. The opportunity to rest drives or to change the day onto different drives as the weather dictates has been an added bonus. The Ponds drive by the Estuary and Cliff at Pancross have provided me with many memories of high, fast & challenging birds that will take many years to dim. Take your chances on the birds that are offered to you and, on a cost per bird basis, you will have one of the most fun, challenging and economical days of your season. Dai's & Chris' ideas for next season can only improve what is an excellent and friendly little gem.

This shoot has a great atmosphere, really fun group. There is a bit of walking involved, but the views over the Severn Estuary are just amazing. It is lovely to see English Partridge on this shoot, plus the fact the shoot wants the guns to leave them to prosper. The new part of the shoot has great potential. For those looking for a fun day out and not much money then this shoot represents good value for money.
