Little Barrington Hall Farm

A small family shoot which lets a couple of days over the season when not used by the family.

Based between Hatfield Forest and Hatfield Broad Oak in Essex, we shoot over arable land, within an 80 acre semi ancient woodland with active coppicing / ride management, and also over / alongside marshland.

Our shoot has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and let days are taken by returning parties. Shoot days begin with tea/coffee whilst you meet fellow guns. Sausage rolls, soft drinks, beers, biscuits are provided at lunchtime in a heated shoot room. Guns are otherwise invited to bring their own lunch with the option of a late lunch after the shoot day has finished in a local pub in Hatfield Broad Oak.

I have two days available to be taken 17/18/19 November and 18/19 December 2025. There might be a bit of flexibility on these. Cost £4,250 (inc VAT) for the day. Expected bag 100 of predominantly pheasant with some partridge. 10% overage / underage. I can accommodate unto 10 guns.

We have some lovely countryside and interesting Essex topography which produces exciting birds. Please call me if you would like to discuss further or visit the shoot in advance. I can also put you in touch with a couple of parties who have been coming shooting here for 10 and 20+ years respectively.
