Fantastic little shoot with a non nonsense approach to game shooting. We can cater for days between 100-150 head with a couple of drives on the shoot capable of showing some challenging duck.
Birds are presented from game cover and woodland which can produce some good sport from relatively flat ground. The days are focused on being safe, fun and sporting and all include the usual hospitality throughout the day and a light meal after the shoot.
Hospitality
Drinks and home made nibbles throughout the day. A lunch consisting of a selection of freshly baked pies, rolls and pastries. Shoot photography on certain days.
Topography
The shoot is located on the edge of the Yorkshire wolds. The land is generally flat and made up of arable farmland, woodland and ancient heathland. The different terrain provides interesting shooting for all abilities.
About the hosts
An experienced host who has run days across the country from Norfolk up to the borders. Has a good local knowledge of hotels and restaurants should guns need to stay over. We can also link the days with fishing if required. Generally your host will have spare guns, cartridges and transport around the shoot if you need a little extra help getting to your peg. We want you to enjoy your day as much as possible. So if there is something specific you would like please let us know.
