Shot here a few times now great days all of them!! Well presented high birds with great company with John and his team of beaters and pickers up. who always welcome you back like old time friends. Great lunches and always a great day out. I would recomend this shoot to anyone and look forward to next season. with them..

My father and I had a lovely 100 bird day at Mayes Farm on 22 Oct 2015. Well presented birds (high pheasants mixed with plenty of partridge and quite a few doves), good company and a very comfortable gun bus. John the Shoot Captain knows his stuff and has one of the most impressive goatees in Sussex. Lunch was a simple but delicious stew served in a barn with cans of ale: nothing fancy but honest and enjoyable. Great Victoria sponge too! Kiri at Athina Sporting takes care of all the admin. Recommended if you are looking for an unpretentious but good day out in the field.
