Court Farm shoot is a small friendly shoot set in approximately 280 acres within a three sided valley. The terrain is made up of small woodland areas, gorse and some cover crops. There are several ponds at the open end of the valley.

We aim for 40/ 50 bird days with a mixed bag of pheasant, duck and partridge with a few woodcock last season. There are some very testing drives with good high birds and some which are a little easier.

Individual spaces are available for single days as well as full / half guns syndicate members

We do not provide lunch, . Tea, coffee and biscuitsand cake are provided and there’s always a bottle of Port on standby! There is hot running water in the lunch hut along with fridge kettle and microwave and flushing seperate ladies and gents toilets

The shoot is keepered part time with a great deal of help from the beating team.

A very friendly shoot with some very challenging shooting, it is well run with a team of beaters having to do some serious hill walking whilst the guns have an easy stroll at the bottom of the valley I have shot at Court Farm on several occasions now and have seen some fantastic pheasants shot, it is known for its high birds but with the introduction of more Partridges it is more varied, role on next season

I shot at Court Farm last year and enjoyed some challenging birds, coupled with friendly banter with the other guns and beaters. The hut facilities are now much better than when I first went there - providing good WC facilties and a dry, well lit crewroom for pre-shoot coffee, and lunch. I have booked 5 days this season and look forward to an even better season than last year (I didn't manage all 5 days because I was snowed-in in Hampshire!)
