Radbourne Shoot is set on the 3,000 acre privately owned Radbourne Estate in Derbyshire. It is a mixture of undulating grass and arable farm land. The shoot has a mixture of woodland and game crop drives providing both pheasant and partridge for days of 150-300 birds for 8-10 guns. Shooting is available any day of the week and we can tailor a package to suit your needs. Walked up days are also available.

Radbourne Shoot has been established for many years and is run by Nick Cooper. Nick has been a gamekeeper for over 20 years and is also a keen shot himself. He aims to provide a traditional sporting days game shooting, presenting the best birds possible and likes to ensure guests have an enjoyable day.

Guests will meet for tea and coffee at the beginning of the day in our warm and welcoming gun room. Elevenses will be served out in the field. A meal with drinks will be served back in the gun room either at lunchtime or at the end of the day depending on your preference. If you prefer to take lunch, cake and hot drinks will be served at the end of the day.

Radbourne is located within easy reach of the A50, M1, and M6. It is also easily accessible from East Midlands Airport.

This was the first time any of the team shot here. Nick the keeper and the lassie who did the catering (to my chagrin I did not get her name) were both there to greet us, and a hot fresh bacon butty and a mug of coffee were rapidly provided. The briefing was succinct and informative. The birds were plentiful and flew high wide and handsome. Nothing seemed to be any trouble throughout the day. All in all I would recommend this shoot to anyone looking for an good honest day out.
