We arrange pheasant shooting in Eastern Czech Republic. The trip will be tailored to your personal requirements and level of experience. Any size of bag from 500 can be shot. Any size of party up to 8 guns is welcomed. A novice or an experienced gun can enjoy pheasant shooting on one of the best managed estate in Eastern Europe. Single or double days can be arranged. Hunting licences and insurance are all taken care of. Transfers to and from the shoots and the airport are arranged. Stuart, who has been arranging shooting here for over 15 years, accompanies the party at all times and will happily offer instruction on the stand if required. Loaders are provided for single or double guns and an interpreter is always on hand. Lunch and dinner at the shoot days are served in a hunting lodge. Food is consisting of traditional soup followed by roast pheasant and venison. The party will be accommodated in four-star hotel Mercure in Ostrava. The hotel is situated 5 minutes walk from the famous Stodolni street which boasts over 30 bars and pubs and restaurants where you can try excellent Czech draft beer. You have a choice of three airports: Prague, Ostrava Moznov or Katovice in Poland. The party can get from Prague to Ostrava by private coach or by fast train. The journey takes about 3 hours. Ostrava Airport is 20 minutes from the centre of Ostrava. Katovice airport is 50 minutes from the centre of Ostrava. Or book a private plane to Ostrava or Katovice. The season runs from November to end of January. Prices are available on application. The shooting compares to high quality home counties but half of the cost.
