Winderwath Estate is located in teh heart of the beautiful Eden Valley in North Cumbria. The estate has been owned by the Pollock family for more than half a century. Today the estate extends over 4000 acres bordered on either side by the River Eden and the River Eamont. We offer good quality pheasant and partridge shooting in a very friendly atmosphere with a well oiled team of beaters and pickers ups.
Hospitality
Drinks on arrival, transport around the estate in a gun bus, hot or cold catering can be provided if required.
Topography
We offer good quality driven pheasant and partridge shooting over a large part of the estate utilising the rolling countryside and the woodlands to produce daily bags of between 100-250 birds.
About the hosts
You will be hosted by the keeper and his assistant Richard who will drive the gun bus and take you to your peg.
