Wold Farm Pheasant Shoot

We run 4 shoots in various locations across Bedfordshire & Northamptonshire both Wildfowling & Pheasant shoots.

This particular shoot is based on the Beds/Northants border & Shoots take place on a Friday on a fortnightly basis, there are 8 shoot dates including 1 beaters day.

A fully keepered shoot with a good variety of farmland drives both woodland & cover crops. We are lucky to have some good undulating ground in places which make for some exelant birds that will really put your skills to the test!

This is a friendly familly run shoot with a regular team of beaters, pickers up & dogs. 

Mornings start with a hot cup of tea or coffee & picking of pegs for the guns & safty brief before we head off to start shooting. Hospitality includes a hot home cooked lunch. At the end of the day we have a head & shot count & then all guns are able to take a brace home.

No game is wasted, the pickers up & beaters are able to select a brace once the guns have picked what they would like & any excess is then processed & used. 

This is a very friendly shoot where the guns & beater/pickers up all mingle together. we have 2 gun buses to transport people from drive to drive.
