Dibley shoot is based in Bedfordshire on 1200 acres of rolling open farmland and wooded countryside. We start in late September on partridge days and then go onto mixed days in October with pheasant and partridge. The birds are driven from woodland and game cover crops on a wide variety of drives.
Our 13 drives are designed so that we can adapt to wind direction and weather conditions to produce some spectacular birds. We try to vary the birds from drive to drive to test the guns and make the day more interesting.
This long established shoot suits a team of 9-10 guns. We offer full days and also run a 5-7 day syndicate throughout the season. 2024/25 SYNDICATE IS FULLY BOOKED. Please enquire for place availability for 2025/26 season. The days are sold as 150 bird days but we can accommodate for bigger bags if wanted.
We are a really welcoming shoot where the guns and beaters all interact with one another. We have many repeat clients who enjoy the traditional family farm shoot experience.

Topography
Bedfordshire can offer some spectacular birds with long rolling hills with blocks of game cover and woodland. We have a total 13 drives.
Conservation Efforts
We strive to help with conservation at Dibley shoot. We keep on top of predators and implement a lot of wild bird cover as part of a scheme to help support the native wildlife population. The conservation efforts speaks for its self with a healthy population of English partridges.
About the hosts
Its a very welcoming shoot. We expanded the shoot last season with the aim to shoot 20 days.
