Glenavon Estate Ltd

Glenavon Estate is located in the northern Cairngorms, near Tomintoul, in magnificent scenery and within the Cairngorms National Park. The estate extends to over 40,000 acres and straddles the River Avon, a tributary of the River Spey. It is a renowned sporting estate, well known in particular for its excellent and varied grouse moor.

There are over 40 drives allowing the estate to offer shooting in a variety of weather conditions. Record bags over recent years resulting in over 3,000 brace in 2014 means the Estate offering driven days with an anticipated bag of 100 brace and more.

The estate benefits from an extensive network of hill tracks making most drives easily accessible. Accommodation is not available on the estate but there are a number of hotels and lodges in the region that shooting parties may use.

In 2015 driven grouse is being offered at £150 plus VAT per bracen to the first 70 brace, £135 + VAT for next 30 brace and £125 + VAT for all brace over 100.

Walked-Up is being offered at £90 plus VAT per brace, 15 brace per day.

Red Deer Stag and Hind Stalking is also available for 2015/2016 season
